SuperView is a Windows desktop application that provides a user interface, configuration tools, data logging and recipe building for a network of controllers (either MDE 3400's or Micristars).
NetView is a software add-on option for Superview. Adding the NetView option provides the following:
All this with no added software installed on any of the remote browser/NetView PCs. All data and web pages come from the SuperView "server" and the NetView web pages.
Ours is much more dynamic and desktop-like application than competitive browser interfaces. It can be easily changed and expanded based on customer needs.
In real world applications, Superview is running on a PC directly connected to a network of 3400 controllers (most likely via Ethernet) on the factory floor.
Also, Superview connects (typically via a 2nd ethernet interface on the PC) to the internal corporate netowrk and "serves up" all the dynamic real-time controller data/graphs and logged data files to a "client" on the corporate network via dynamically created web pages. SuperView has a full web server built into it.
Engineers and production can sit in their offices and monitor the status and view the results of the factory floor using the NetView interface.
Any Web browser connected to the corporate intranet can utilize the NetView interface, navigate to the SuperView web server and access all real-time controller data, start recipe sand view archive log files. This is shown by the demo.
The Demo is set up to run without controllers or a network. Therefore Superview and NetView both run with simulated controllers and a simulated network on the desktop.

We're excited about the possibilities that the NetView "universal" operator interface brings to the factory network.
